I had a decent experience at the resort, with stunning views of the Smoky Mountains that truly enhanced our stay. The spacious unit provided us with plenty of room, but we encountered several maintenance issues that were disappointing, such as outdated decor and some uncomfortable furniture. While it has great potential, it still feels like it needs some significant updates to meet expectations. Overall, I might consider staying here again if improvements are made.

We had a wonderful time at Sunrise Ridge Resort, with our pedestal condo being spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The kids loved the indoor pool, and the staff were really accommodating. However, some of the facilities were unavailable during our stay due to renovations, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a good value for our vacation, especially being so close to Dollywood.
